Tips on choosing the right frontend technology

For Full stack development if the developer has experience with HTML/CSS and JS and not React, Vue or modern frontend frameworks its better to keep both frontend and backend coupled and let backend render view with some template engine like Blade, EJS, Twig, Pug.
Best thing to do is to make backend API friendly so that frontend can consume APIs and become agnostic. This helps backend apis as well as frontend scale and develop separately.
Frontend technologies also evolve and there is always some new player coming in. Its advisable not to get attracted to every new buzz word and workout a long term plan so that it becomes extensible and not migration of technologies.
If mobile apps are to be built in React Native, then React should be a natural choice for web frontend. It gives reusability and can save some amount of development time
Starting a new project one can go with React or Vue as they are community driven and are going in the right direction. We recommend React ❤️ though.

We develop both template/theme based and framework based frontends taking full advantage of backend APIs.
Yes full stack means backend and frontend both. There are various ways to go about full stack. Using MVC framework to bind view i.e. frontend too in same app wherein both are coupled and frontend is essentially rendered by backend or keep both as separate apps.
We personally recommend React ❤️ due to extensive community and reusability in React Native and ease of use. Nowadays Vue is catching up. But if a project is already built on some framework, we extend development on the same framework or can migrate too.
Yes we do develop PWAs. PWAs work offline too and we can use service workers to do amazing things to make mobile web, a near app experience.
It depends on case to case basis. For an articles or a news website AMP will be a better choice. If there is a lot of dynamic data and functionality then PWAs are preferred for example ecommerce sites. Although AMP has progressed to include ecommerce and other dynamic things but still is in initial stages and requires lot of polishing to be done.
Nowadays having backend and frontend as separate apps connected via APIs is advisable. This makes updates really easy to both separately without breaking the other and keeps testing routines separate.
